Meant to serve double-duty as filter coffee or espresso, Ghost Town is composed of coffees decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which uses hot water and careful filtration to extract and remove caffeine. Throughout the year we cup and select our favorite coffees from around Latin America decaffeinated in this way, always looking for something sweet, full bodied, and low in acidity.

    Good brew!

    I drink decaf at night almost every night and when I was running out I was looking for a local roaster to try out their coffee. I almost always start out with decaf when trying out a new roaster; my ideology is that if one can do decaf right, they can do coffee right and let me tell you Partners can! I enjoyed this cup of ghost town decaf, very smooth. At first I was drinking it black but it actually tastes better with a touch of milk. Ill be buying from this roaster again!!
